AI runs through every stage, not only the code. Discovery, the business analysis, the spec, prototypes, the build - AI is in all of it. Every engineer runs a team of agents, and the company's knowledge lives as markdown + RAG in the repo.

We write the business down before we build it. We map how the client's business actually runs and turn it into user stories and acceptance criteria. The spec stays ahead of the code, so the system stays legible as it grows.

A working prototype on the first call. Discovery, a live prototype while we're still on the call, in production in about 30 days - in daily use by the client's team.

We refuse work that won't move a number. If a script or a person beats AI, we say so. If the brief is wrong, we push back. We don't ship what won't work - even when we're paid to.

Whole business, one ERP

Ukraine's largest construction-tool rental network ran on accounting software and manual workarounds - no single view of stock, rentals, or overdue returns. We built the system it now runs on: live inventory, the full rental cycle with QR check-in/out, and AI that turns calls into tasks.

Order inbox, read by AI

Orders arrived by email across several sales channels, and some slipped through the cracks. The custom ERP parses each one with AI and tracks its deadline end to end - so nothing is lost between inbox and shipment.

Procurement, one chain

Own a project end to end, drive every change through the business, and keep documentation ahead of the codebase - AI-centric throughout.
